You love the convient location just 10 minutes from Phoenix Mesa Gateway Airport just off of 60 and 202 freeways. Augusta Ranch is a charming, safe, award winning golf community with tree, shrub and green grass lined boulevards. You will enjoy walking, jogging, cycling throughout quiet, but active life style community. The home is located on quiet street, just 1 block from the golf course club house, with a fantastic tropical back yard facing #8 green. Shoppers will enjoy being less than 10 minutes away from 2 of valleys largests malls and only 2 miles from the valleys largest Flea Market. There are a number of grocery stores,restaurants, fast food, drug stores, dry cleaners and other shops within walking distance. For boating and fishing there are two mountain lakes within 25 minutes. There are a number of other great golf courses within a 10 minute radius. There are a number of shopping centers with theaters, dept. variety and specialty stores within 2 miles.

There are 2 stereo systems for enjoyment. The house has a 3 stall attached garage for plenty of parking and storage plus it has 2 new 21 speed bicycles for your use. The pool is salt water with a great lighted waterfall. The patio is equipped with a professional mist system and ceiling fans to keep you cool on the hottest of days. The pool and exceptional yard lighting will provide you enjoyable outdoor evenings while swimming, dinning or relaxing.
