Bring your horses, golf clubs and adventurous nature for a bit of country with city amenities. Super location with easy access to major freeways connecting to all that Phoenix, Mesa, Gilbert and Chandler have for your exploration and enjoyment. Close to great shopping, restaurants, golf, and did I mention, horse facilities consisting of 5 barns, 2 riding arenas, wash racks, hot walker and round pens. Ride out into the wash for miles. Riding lessons are also available. Also within 40 minutes to the heart of Old Town Scottsdale with its wonderful restaurants, shopping for art in all mediums as well as Native American crafts and jewelry. And pre-season professional baseball. Home includes Jacuzzi tubs in spa-like bathrooms, extremely large kitchen and dining area, spacious living room and master bedroom.
