Open-space design, light-filled, loft-style condo with private rooftop. Fully equipped gallery kitchen with all stainless street appliances. The bedroom is on a mezzanine level with queen-sized platform bed and 600 thread-count Egyptian cotton bedding. Also, there is a den with a twin-sized daybed that is expandable to 2 x twin sized bed. So this condo can comfortably accommodate 4. There are two bathrooms in the unit: one with extra deep soaking tub, another with shower. Plush micro-cotton towel sets are provided for your comfort. The unit is on the 4th floor of a brand-new 8 units luxury boutique condo with NO elevator. The condo is conveniently located in Brooklyn where trendy Fort Greene, Clinton Hills and Prospect Heights meet, right on a NYC major subway line with 15 min ride to Manhattan.   • Sales Taxes (NY state and city sales and hotel occupancy taxes): For less than 7 nights stay, 14.75% + $3.50 per night. For 7 nights and up, 5.875% + $2.00 per night.

    Payment Policy: $250 deposit is due at the time of booking, 50% of rent is 60 days prior to occupancy date, and the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to occupancy date. We only accept major credit cards via our online booking website. Please respond to this listing and we will provide web address of our secured online booking site. Upon your arrival, the deposit will be converted into security deposit which shall be fully refunded to you within 7 days after the departure if the property is left in the same condition as when you arrived (except from a normal course of usage).
  • Refund Policy: Cancellations made 60 days prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund of all advance payments minus 4% credit card precessing fee. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made less than 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment.

But please note that this building is a walk-up with no elevator. The double height ceiling on each floor makes this 4th floor walk-up equivalent to a typical 6th floor walk-up (72 steps in total).

Beautiful, Spacious, Light Filled

My husband and I stayed for two weeks while I took a class in Manhattan. The subway was easy, just a block from condo and about 25 minute train ride to the Village. The condo is clean, spacious and the photographs on the site do an excellent job of showing the bright and contemporary interior. The morning sunrise views are gorgeous. We were sad the weather was too cold to use the deck, but perhaps when we come back and we plan to, we can have our morning tea on that lovely deck. Everything we needed was provided, linens and beds of very good quality. It was a bonus to have two bathrooms, a deep bathtub and a washer dryer. My husband and I are fit and enjoyed walking the four fights of stairs, as there is no elevator, but it would be a consideration for anyone uneasy with stair climbing, because there are a lot of them.
I would recommend this condo.

This is a great place. Clean. Modern. Steps away from the C Train.
You have to be able to walk up 4 floors of steps,no elevator but the views are great. Very spacious, clean and modern. Would stay here again definitely.

L'appartement est très bien placé dans Brooklyn, à deux pas du pont de Brooklyn et de Manhattan. Le quartier dispose de nombreux commerces et restaurants. L'appartement est superbe et très confortable. Il est tout équipé et dispose d'une belle vue sur le quartier. Il est très lumineux et calme.

Excellent location!!!

This was my first time in New York and was very pleased with my first experience. Owner of property is friendly and straight forward. Location is conveniently located near the subway with lots of take out eatery places and convenient stores near by. And if you want food delivered, owner provides an arrayment of delivery menus. It was always comforting to know after touring the city from morning until late evening, I could come back to the condo and know that I could either make my own food (because there is a full kitchen) or order food.

I would definitely do this rental again in the future (if place is available) on my next visit to the city. =o)

We stayed with a friend of mine in this condo appartment. It is very comfortable and you will appreciate to have two bath rooms, a washing and drying machine and a dishwasher. Very comfortable condo. The owner is very friendly. I will recomend this condo to friends and relatives.
