Condo is part of the Metropolis complex which was completely rehabbed beginning in 2006. All new appliances with hardwood floors in the living area, tiled bathroom and carpeted bedrooms. Within walking distance to the light rail system for easy access to the airport or downtown or any place in between.

Why the Owner Chose St. Louis: Having lived in St. Louis for several years I moved in 2005 and found myself visiting frequently. It was easier to own a condo than to stay in a hotel. The location is great and the space was ideal.
