This executive villa features five bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms with enclosed pool, and games room. Located only a short distance from Disney World at The Retreat at Legacy Park, Davenport off Highway 27 just at the end of US192, making it a much sort after location. Perfectly situated for access to all major attractions, restaurants and shops (Walmart, Publix, Walgreens). Our newly built, fully furnished executive Florida villa is the perfect place to recover after an exciting day at the parks, or a long drive at the golf course. Our 28 foot sun drenched pool has a covered lanai providing the ideal surroundings to eat 'al fresco', whilst those who wish to can relax in the luxurious patio furniture in between dipping into the pool. Also provided is a child safety fence for use around the pool. Our 3100 square foot fully air conditioned villa, comprises of five large double bedrooms, all of which have their own TV.

Thorpewood Villa is on the Retreat at Legacy Park , this is a quiet residential area with easy access to all attractions and amenities, Wal Mart (open 24 hrs) and Publix 5 min, numerous restaurants on Highway 192 5 -10 min, 2 Golf courses 5 min and the world famous Champions Gate courses designed by Greg Norman are 15 min away. Disney Parks are approx 12 min away reached via the new 429 which is the new rear entrance to the parks. You can reach Coco Beach and Tampa in approx 1 hour, Clearwater in 1.5 hours. Universal Sudios approximately 30min away.

On entering the house, you will find a large spacious tastefully decorated formal lounge area with ample seating (including a three seater sleeper sofa) and a 32-in screen TV. This room also incorporates the formal dining area. The next room is the large family room, which has a 62-in widescreen TV with home cinema sound entertainment system. This leads into a fully equipped kitchen, including refrigerator/freezer and microwave and oven/hob, with a breakfast bar/nook, and informal dining area. There is a separate laundry area, with washing machine and tumble drier. Upstairs we have a spacious air conditioned games room for all year comfort. This has a flat screen TV and games console, full-size slate bed pool table, hi-fi and games table. Also there is a second games room in the garage, with air hockey and table football.

The villa has all quality facilities and equipment throughout, to meet all your holiday needs, including wireless internet access. This will be your perfect home from home in Disney. We highly recommend you visit our website for even more photos and information. In order to maintain a high quality of service for all our guests, we do not allow pets or smoking in the villa, although we do provide ash trays for use on the pool deck. Our home is managed locally, so you always have someone to call in the unlikely event of needing any assistance.
