Third Floor: -The 3rd floor is the living/kitchen area with stunning views of the ocean and the lighthouse. The living room is beautiful, yet comfortable with TV, DVD, stereo and chess table area. The kitchen table seats 10 with dramatic views. And the kitchen can accommodate a skilled chef, with Electrolux appliances, 6 burner gas stove and convection oven. The kitchen is fully equipped. There are two wonderful covered patios on this floor.
The elevator makes it easy with groceries and luggage. A heated pool, large jacuzzi, and two outdoor showers complete this home. It is across the street from the beach with a private boardwalk to a very private, pristine beach. The inlet is 1/2 mile south where you have great fishing, a national park and a beautiful paved walkway onto the jetties. Conde Naste rated this beach one of Americas Top 10!
