Marmara & Istanbul holiday apartment

Wow! From the personal airport pickup to the seductive views of the city, this apartment made our Istanbul experience unforgettable.

The newly renovated apartment is beautifully laid out with an open-floor plan that includes a modern kitchen, huge satellite flat-screen TV and dinning room area for 4. Skylights dot the ceilings allowing plenty of natural light. The apartment is tastefully decorated and wrapped in beautiful chestnut wood. Master bedroom is enclosed and offers a double bed with closet area. There's a small single bed area towards the rear. Bathroom is modern with a shower/tub and plenty of natural light. The highlight is the sun-drenched terrace that is perched over the banks of the Golden Horn offering panoramic views of the city. We spent countless hours eating/drinking and gazing at this amazing vista. The apartment was spotless and provided with fresh towels and bath supplies.

The area around the building is filled with local bakeries (which we took full advantage of!), shops and has easy access to taxis. Most of the central major sites were within walking distance.

However, the whole experience was capped off by the amazing hospitably and generosity of the owners who lived below. They provided airport transfers, local city tips and went out of their way to cater to our every need. Unbelievably kind and professional. I can not recommend it or them highly enough.
