Beautifully modern, ocean-view home located across the street from the beach and beach access in the quiet heart of Arch Cape (about four miles south of Cannon Beach). You are close enough to enjoy the fun, restaurants, and shopping of Cannon Beach and Seaside and still have your own private beach for walking and beachcombing. Enjoy your morning coffee watching the ocean from the full second-story deck with barbecue or perhaps curl up with a good book by the cozy fireplace in the comfortably furnished living room. The living area is spacious and tastefully decorated with High Definition Flat screen TV with built-in DVD, cable, wireless high speed Internet access, VCR, CD with IPOD docking/stereo,video library, wood-burning stone fireplace.

Well-equipped kitchen complete with dishwasher, microwave, appliances, and lots of dishware and cookware for a 'home-away-from-home.' The lower level of this bright and sunny beach house provides three bedrooms with comfortable beds (one with new king bedroom suite, one with queen-size bed and one with bunk beds), a second full bathroom, laundry room with washer and dryer, iron, and ironing board. A new, comfort designed with thick mattress, queen-size, sofa sleeper will accommodate sleeping arrangements for up to eight persons. The house is immaculately cleaned before every guest arrives. Guests tell us, 'We felt immediately at home and welcome.' We supply all linens, towels, table linen, paper, soap, cleaning supplies, wood for fireplace, basic kitchen spices, cards, puzzles, DVDs, VCRs, video library, and family games too! Sorry, no smoking, no pets.

We have ocean views from two of the downstairs bedrooms and from the family room, dining area and kitchen on the second floor. There is a wrap-around second floor deck for your viewing and relaxing pleasure. Our home is approximately two hundred feet from the beach and the beach access is right near our back yard exit.
