Secluded home, close to Rocky Mountain National Park and Grand Lake Village. This is a perfect location for all year-round adventures and activities offered in Grand County. This cozy 3 bedroom, 2 bath house is nestled in trees just above and across Shadow Mountain Lake. The location of this mountain home could not be better - the home is 5 minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park and the historical Grand Lake Village with cafes, restaurants, horseback riding, kayaking, golfing, mountain biking, hiking, live theater, and much, much more. A short drive will take you to the Sol Vista resort with golfing, stream fishing in the summers, or skiing and snowboarding in the winters. Hot Sulphur Springs, one of our best kept secrets, is a perfect place to relax after a hard day of activities and is less than 30 minutes away.
