The kitchen is wide open and has custom cabinets, granite counter tops, an authentic viking stove as well as a convection oven. Entertaining and enjoying meals both inside and outside are a must. The family room has very comfortable seating to enjoy the 50” plasma screen available along with a fireplace. Technically, the home is equipped with state of the art entertaining (DVD/CD/VCR, outdoor speakers, outdoor lighting). The 50” plasma will allow you to relax on the patio or canal dock and enjoy its’ great picture.
Master Bedroom:
This room provides a spectacular 180 degree view of the canal and hill side. A California king bed is provided in this room with large walk-in closet and spacious master bathroom. The master bathroom has a jacuzzi tub placed in it with water views to take in while bathing. It also has a walk in shower with a 120 degree steamer built in. To top off this enchanting endeavor the fireplace serves as an addition to both the tub and the bedroom. This is a very spacious bedroom with a 42” LCD flat screen TV. As well, there is a DVD/CD player to accommodate. This is a room where an ocean breeze and the sound of breaking waves will put you to sleep.
Additional Rooms:
Bedroom 2 is once again a very large bedroom in fact it is close to the same size as the master bedroom. An antique style queen size bed is available in this room. The windows in this room are absolutely beautiful as the pictures reveal. There is a large TV 42' plasma/ bose surround/ satellite/small home gym and DVD in room. This room offers very much privacy since it sits at the front of the home. Bedroom 3 is located in between the master and the front of home
bedroom. It serves as both the home office and bedrrom with a luxury air mattress queen bed. This bedroom is smaller than each of the other bedrooms but is still a very good size bedroom. Bedding in the home will sleep 6 comfortably with the potential for 2-3 more on large sofas/futons.
