This is a great Beach House to rent for the month, you will love it if you are on Vacation or relocating, or doing business in the OC Area. This is a Perfect Turnkey Beach House. Relaxing getaway located in Newport Shores, Newport Beach California. The house is a home away from home, all amenities are included such as internet, Cable TV, washer and dryer. Two minute walk to beach. Enjoy using private clubhouse which includes Olympic sized pool, volleyball, tennis and basketball courts. One of the greatest assets is we are so close to the beach yet far enough away from all the party houses. You can also jump on the beach bikes and ride to the Newport Pier or the Huntington Beach Pier on the board walks, both are great rides. Boogie Boards, Surfboards, Umbrella, Beach Chairs and Wagon to take to the beach, we have it all for you. Contact us to reserve your dates for a memorable Southern California experience. Coffee is also provided. Comfortable beds with good linens.
