'Chat and Chill' is a newly built 2 story vacation rental. Located on the Southern end of Harbour Island. This is one of the most quiet areas on the island, just adjacent to the South Bar private club. Chat & chill with it's beautiful tropical colors and nice window treatments, verticals blinds for privacy. There are 4 lovely bedrooms, 2 Kings, One Twin, One Queen, 2 bathrooms with lovely shell mirrors, all done by a native of the island. Two elegant Dinning/living rooms, two full Kitchens and a den with full sofa bed, flat screen TV,CD and ipod player, internet/cable service,Vebe phone service for long distance calls. Two private entrances, all levels have it's own private terrace with lovely tile floors, tables and chairs for relaxing or just to have that early morning cup of coffee. The tropical decor of this house is breath taking, with prints from local artists hinging in every room.

Hammocks swing from the trees just for your quiet moments.This vacation home is very spacious for your family or to celebrate a special occasion like a wedding, anniversaries or birthdays. We can arrange for all extra activities for you while visiting (Please inquire when booking). Maid service is provided for 6 days (excluding Sundays and Holidays). A generator is also on property in case of power failure. So when planning your next vacation, come visit us in beautiful Harbour Island, we would make sure you have an enjoyable one!!!.
