Casa Molleone is situated in the Le Marche area (central Italy) in a wonderful, sun-blessed range of hills, inland from the Adriatic coast. The panoramic outlook from this unique and solitary location is of uninterrupted, uninhabited countryside, in which your gaze can wander far and wide, following gentle ridges along to the peaks of the Apennine Mountains. This is a view which never loses its fascination, which silences you, particularly when the light of the setting sun immerses the landscape in intriguing colours. Casa Molleone has two holiday apartments: Casa Panoramica and Casettina Romeo e Giulietta. Each holiday apartment has an outdoor area where you can relax in absolute tranquillity. Casa Molleone is situated 6 kilometres from the centre of the ancient town of Cagli. It is close to the historical, medieval cities of Gubbio, Urbino and the world famous truffle 'capital' of Acqualagna. You can reach the adriatic coast in about 30 minutes (Fano-Pesaro).

Casettina Romeo e Giulietta has a terrace in front of the house and a terrace (approx. 20 m²) under young trees with an extensive view of the countryside. The small but cozy house (approx. 40 m²) has an appealingly aesthetic interior. Its white walls and black and white marble are a distinctive mix. The living area is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor is a living room, small cloakroom, kitchen and a shower room. The living room staircase leads to a slant-walled bedroom gallery.
