Stay downtown without paying high prices! This efficiency guest house is located in a historic neighborhood in downtown Durango. Just two blocks from Main Street, you can stroll down the tree-covered sidewalk to find shopping, restaurants and entertainment. The unit has a TV, refrigerator, DVD player, microwave and coffee maker. This is a great place to stay and not have to drive to downtown! Off-street parking is located right next to the unit. A nice yard is right outside your door for playing or entertaining.
