The villa with private pool, garden and sun terrace, it's an ideal place for excellent excursions on foot, by bike, or horse back riding to immerse and relax yourself in the beautiful and charming green hearth of Italy. The Villa, furnished and decorated with extreme care, in a perfect harmony between luxury and simplicity, is situated on the green hills of Umbria and Tuscany. There is a swimming pool with Roman steps (5m x 10m, 1.2 to 1.70 deep) in the landscaped gardens. It offers self catering accommodation for 12/18 guests, 9 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, 1 professional kitchen, 1 dining room and 2 living rooms. The Villa is also the perfect base for visiting historic hill towns just 30 minutes drive for Gubbio, Perugia, Arezzo, Lake Trasimeno, Assisi, and only 20 minutes drive for Città di Castello and Cortona.
