Ground floor:Entrance, play room, storage area, twin bedroom with adjacent bathroom (internal stair) Raised ground floor: Entrance, open plan living and dining room with open plan full fitted kitchen, large balcony and covered terrace with spectacular sea view,twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom,twin bedroom with access via door from corridor to same bathroom. (internal stair) First floor: Double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom.All bedrooms offer balconies. The exterior offers a large brick built barbecue, a private swimming pool and a garden with grass and flowers.
