Just a stone’s throw from downtown St. Michaels, this new 1,800 square foot, 2 story, home is freshly decorated in the country cottage style. This home has all the comforts of your home – large flat-screen TV with premium channels and surround sound, DVD player, fireplace, front and rear decks, separate breakfast and dining areas, jacuzzi tub in the master suite, central air, washer/dryer and wood floors. This is not your typical vacation rental! It has been smartly decorated in a country cottage style by an interior designer featured in Delaware Beach Life in 2006 and Delaware Today's 'Best of Delaware' 2008 issue, this is a home that is comfortable as well as stylish! You'll enjoy the quality and location of this home. It has hardwood floors on the first floor, carpeted bedrooms and tiled bathrooms. All bedrooms as well as the living room has ceiling fans and there is a wood-burning fireplace in the living room.

Additional information about rental rates

  • No extra fees for a rental agency or tax!! Everything is included in the rental rate!
  • Refundable security deposit is $275.
    One half of rental rate is due upon making a reservation. All Payments must be Made prior to 30 Days Of Move-In.
    A lease contract is also required to be submitted with deposit.
  • If you cancel 30 days or more in advance there is a $50 cancellation fee. We will do our best to re-rent the property. If the property is re-rented there will be no additional fees due and your deposits will be refunded by the first day of your canceled rental period less the $50 cancellation fee. If we are unable to re-rent the property you will forfit your entire deposit.

    If you cancel 30 days or less all deposits are forfeited.
