The mansion is approximately 20 km (as the crow flies) north of Saint Raphael and three minutes walking distance to Montauroux. It is situated on a hill (300 m) with a panorama view of the beautiful old Provence villages Montauroux and Callian. You will find all shopping facilities, restaurants, medical care and much more (tennis, cinema, foothpaths, golf, and a lake with all kinds of possible activities) in the proximity. The mansion has 120 square meters and accommodates up to 6 people. It was built in 1998. Domestic animals are not welcome.

Montauroux is a charming old village in the peaceful hinterland of the Cote d'Azur, far away from the tourist crowds (25 km driving distance to Frejus, Saint Raphael and Grasse, 30 km to Cannes, 60 km to Nice). Possibility of aquatic sports and fishing at the Lac de St. Cassien (5 km). Walking tours in the red rocks of the Esterel mountains (15 km) are highly recommended.
