This mod 800 Sq ft two bedroom, one bath apartment is a great NYC apartment on the fifth floor of a secure elevated building on The Upper Westside of Manhattan. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, the smaller bedroom two twin beds and the leather couch in the living room pulls out to a full size bed. The apartment is newly refurbished and refurnished and the decor is fun and modern. Hardwood floors throughout. The kitchen has plenty of counter space and a new dishwasher. The dining room comfortably seats 6-8. There are three televisions all with cable. There is wireless high speed cable Internet throughout the house and a desk in each bedroom. There is one bathroom with tub and shower. The apartment is air-conditioned and there is plenty of heat in the winter. There are washers and dryers available in the building.

If you don't want to do laundry during your vacation, there are also dry cleaners that will pick up and deliver your wash and cleaning for reasonable prices. All markets will deliver your groceries as does most every restaurant in the neighborhood.

The building and neighborhood are secured. Restaurants, cafes and pastry shops are in every direction. Cuisine from all corners of the globe are represented. The shopping is incredible. There is a subway station three blocks downtown and three blocks uptown, taxis and buses are plentiful and if you feel like walking you can walk through the three beautiful nearby parks, Central park, Riverside park and Morningside Park. Or just walk and shop and eat and shop some more...! St John The Divine Cathedral is across the street as in the NY Public Library. It's a bustling fantastic area and the apartment is clean, comfortable and cool.
