Magnificent Italian Designed Mediterranean Gated Estate on 5 acres with Olympic size heated open pool and spa. Marble staircase greets your guests to a mansion that feels more like a palace than a home. Superstars have had parties here and many happy brides and grooms have tied the knot with Lake Keystone as the backdrop. Watch the sun rise over the lake in the morning and moon rise on the lake in the evening from the boat house porch or many balconies overlooking the lake. Three Jacuzzi tubs, steam room, 1000 square foot master bedroom, and all the excitement and special affects of this one of kind mansion. 250 feet of sand beach, jungle walkway, and boat house directly on the lake. 2 bedroom, 2 bath guest house on estate. There are 5 bedrooms in the main house and 2 bedrooms,2 baths in guest house overlooking the lake.

This is not run unless something is damaged, missing or there are additional charges. The amount is held by my hotel Blue Wave Motel. Payment in full is require 30 days prior to booking. We prefer a check from a Florida bank made out to Dr ALAN FELKER A preinspection of the condition of the property is suggested and orientation of how to use the remotes, etc. A post inspection is done upon check out and your security returned, less any charges by check or in cash. My hotel the Blue Wave Motel is a long standing member of the Clearwater Chamber of Commerce in good standing. We offer limo services.
