Additional information about rental rates

  • Prices are subject to taxes of 13%
  • Optional pool heat and hot tub heat is $235 per week, $33 per day plus tax (recommended October-May). Our pool heating system is gas and will therefore run much more efficiently should the overnight temperatures be cold.
    Additional end of stay cleaning fee is charged on vacations of eight nights or less.
    Check in time is 4pm and check out is 10am but we will always try to accommodate early check-in and late check-out whenever possible
    Pool Heat is recommended between October and May.
    $300 non-refundable deposit required when making a reservation to secure dates.
    Final balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
    $450 Security deposit is due prior to your arrival.
    Check-in and Check-out is available on any day
    Complimentary Welcome Basket provided for all guests staying 3 nights or more

Family Room: With stunning attention to detail, our spacious open plan family room features fine furnishings and a sumptuous living room suite that entices you to sink into it and unwind in front the of the large screen high definition television. There's plenty of seating for everyone with a large three seater sofa, a two seater reclining love seat, two rocking and reclining armchairs and a large corner unit. The surround sound system perfectly enhances that movie experience when watching one of over 200 dvd's available in our extensive DVD collection. The two 'Lift-Top' tables are ideal for snacks and TV dinners or laptops. We have an upgraded cable TV package giving you an abundance of channels to choose from. High cathedral ceilings have three skylights offering plenty of natural daylight and the ceiling fans create a gentle breeze to help keep you cool and comfortable.

South Facing Swimming Pool & Hot Tub: Our private swimming pool, hot tub and patio are south facing giving you the glorious Florida sunshine all day long. The whole area is enclosed by an attractive beach themed surround providing you with complete privacy so you are not overlooked from any direction. The spacious lanai offers welcome shade from the sun and has a dining area and a gas BBQ. You will find plenty of high quality, padded pool furniture including sun loungers, reclining chairs, sun chairs and foot stools. For the protection of the little ones, there is a safety fence separating all access areas to the pool and, as an added precaution, the patio doors are also alarmed. The pool area and rear yard are beautifully lit in the evenings with thousands of gently twinkling lights making the atmosphere perfect to unwind and relax by the pool.

Game Room & Entertainment: Our game room is a huge hit with all ages and has an 8 foot slate bed pool table, a 7 foot professional air hockey table, foosball, a television for movies and Playstation. There are also plenty of boardgames for children and adults. We have a wide range of entertainment facilities including a large DVD collection with well over 200 quality movies, TV shows, documentaries and Disney classics. There is also a large book library with numerous titles to suit all preferences and a huge music collection with songs from many genres. We also have a wide selection of board games and children's books.

What a fantastic 3 weeks we had in the villa. We have all been to Florida a few times and can honestly say this is the best we have ever stayed in. The place felt like home from home, thank you Ken and Sarah for making it perfect for us. Your villa is fabulous and I hope you don't mind but we have already given your website to a number of people. No criticisms at all, you have thought of everything to make any one's holiday perfect.

The villa was great, spacious very clean and homely. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for extended family to stay together without being on top of each other. Pool was lovely. The only negative was, I was worried my kids would spill something on the cream carpets but besides that it is a perfect villa for a great holiday. So close to Disney and only a short drive to other majour attractions. Would definately consider booking again for future trips.

This house was absolutely perfect for our stay. there were 7 of us, aged between 1 yr old baby to 50yr old and we had ample room for us all. The games room, swimming pool and hot tub were added luxuries that we enjoyed at the end of each busy day at the parks. The house was luxurious, very clean, airy, bright, roomy and of top quality. There was more than enough provisions for us throughout our stay. the house is very decorated and very secure. i would definitely be recommending this home to family and friends and will definitely stay here again whenever we return to olrnado. 5 star rating from us! Thank you very much for a great holiday!

Great place to stay superb location.

Serendipity lived up to all of our expectations and proved to be an excellent choice of holiday home for our stay of mum & dad plus four under twenty five adults. Everything I read about this villa before booking it from reviews to website descriptions proved to be completely accurate. The proximity of the villa to Disney and the many other attractions in the area coupled with the short cut as described made this location a perfect choice. The villa was excellent in all respects and provided space, privacy and the quality we were seeking from our holiday villa. We visited Universal Studios, Disneyland, SeaWorld, Gatorland, Kennedy Space Center, and Daytona Beach etc. The malls in particular had some excellent restaurants, McCormick & Schmicks Seafood, The Cheesecake Factory and an Italian restaurant named Buca di Beppo where we had a full-guided tour of the place before eating a superb meal. The town of Celebration deserves a special mention, great place to visit and several excellent places to eat. We viewed many homes over the web before deciding to book your home what attracted us was the detail you included on your site as well as the many very positive comments relating to the quality of your accommodation. Your home was excellent and lived up to all of the accolades from people who had stayed previously, very spacious, well fitted out and maintained and most importantly it was a home from home, we all enjoyed staying there. The short cut to Disney was spot on, and we used this route regularly. Your attention to detail was very much appreciated and it helped to make this holiday for us all a special one to remember. We all commented on how friendly and welcoming the people were and how safe we felt during our stay. The attraction parks were superb and the fireworks just brilliant, we went back several times to enjoy them at Epcot and Magic Kingdom. At all times your communication with us via e-mail and telephone was excellent and it helped significantly to make this holiday problem free in all respects.

Serendiptiy- Family Perfection

The house was better than we could have ever imagined! They even have a binder put together for visitors with directions to the local attractions, they have movies and books plenty of closet space, a nice pool and even a bbq grill for a family picnic. The house is spotless!! Comfortable beds, spotless bathrooms and I don't use public bathrooms so this says ALOT! Alarm system for the house. Game room, cd player tv's in all the rooms. Turly located in a perfect place as it is close to the theme parks as well as restaurants a short distance and shopping. They even included a welcome basket with coffee, tea, creamer and the kitchen is fully equipped! There is not enought to say about this place, if I could afford to travel more often this is a place I would 110% say would be a choice of destination. You will be more than happy to choose this place. Also we were a little hesitant with the distance in location of the owner but they have someone local if you need help and the owners are available on e-mail and phone and their response time is EXCELLENT Thank you so much for letting us stay in your beautiful home!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
