In our vacation house, you can be active or relax. Enjoy ‘pure nature’ in every season. The house has a sunny, south location, at the foot of Hornberge Mountain (870 m high), in the Tyrolean town Höfen, 4 km from Reutte, near Lech. Here you can find covered outdoor seats, a covered entrance terrace, a balcony and a 1200 m² large play and sunbathing area, including a barbecue. A garage with storage room is available. Bread roll service is possible, upon request. You can buy fresh milk and eggs from the farmers in the neighbourhood. You have shopping facilities in town, as well as restaurants.

  • Upon request, there are discounts for children younger than 6. Please communicate the age of your children. There are a few costs additional to the rental rates. The security deposit of 100 Euros, from which the following additional costs will be deducted: the final cleaning: 100 Euros, the trash tax: 12 Euros per week, and the visitor’s tax: 0.80 Euros per day and per person. Children until the age of 14 don’t have to pay the visitor’s tax.

Gemütlichkeit pur in wunderschöner Lage

Ich verbringe schon seit vielen Jahren Urlaub im Ausserfern und seit einigen Jahren ausschließlich im "Neschtle".
Wer im Urlaub absolute Ruhe haben möchte, einen uneingeschränkten Bergblick zu schätzen weiß und auf die Bevormundung nerviger Wirtsleute verzichten kann, der ist hier genau richtig.
Das Haus ist sehr praktisch orientiert und bietet viele Annehmlichkeiten, die wirklich helfen, einen Urlaub unbeschwert zu erleben.
Die detailgenaue Beschreibung des Domizils ist in allen Punkten zutreffend und gibt ein gutes Bild, was den Urlauber erwartet. Wenn man wirklich mal eine Frage hat, wohnt der superfreundliche und vornehm zurückhaltende Verwalter gegenüber.
Das Haus wird in einem einwandfrei sauberen Zustand übergeben; die Einrichtung ist rustikal, die Matratzen bequem, die sanitären Anlagen sind erst kürzlich aufgewertet worden.
Wer Spaß an der Natur hat und keine Luxussuite erwartet, dem kann ich das "Neschtle" uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Unser Urlaub im Neschtle war wunderschön!
Das Ferienhaus ist sauber, sehr gemütlich und bietet einen tollen Comfort. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen entspannenden Urlaub braucht. Der große, schöne und eingezäunte Garten mit verschiedenen Sitzplätzen war für uns und unseren Hund ideal. Die Umgebung bietet auch viele tolle Möglichkeiten. Es hat alles gepasst!
Wir danken den Vermietern für diesen herrlichen Urlaub!

Die Beschreibung im Inserat ist gut.Das Ferienhaus ist sauber, sehr schön eingerichtet, sehr ruhige Lage, richtig was zum Erholen. Am Haus ein schöner Garten, in dem auch ein Hund herumtollen darf. Wir haben das "Neschtle in diesem Jahr wieder gebucht und werdenes auch unsweren Freunden und Verwandten weite empfehlen. Es gibt ringsum wunderschöne Wanderwege und Einkehrmöglichkeiten. Wir wurden durch die Vermieterin bestens vorbereitet und fühlen uns in diesem Haus richtig wohl.
