My privately owned one bedroom condo located within the grounds of Mary's Boon Beach Resort and Condo-Hotel and is truly unique to St. Maarten and the Caribbean. Conveniently located on Simpson Bay Beach, just South of Princess Juliana Airport and only minutes away from great shopping, restaurants and Casinos. Mary's Boon Resort is a beach front property and is located on a gorgeous 3 mile stretch of non crowded white sandy beach, with crystal clear turquoise water. My Condo's have partial ocean or garden views and all are very nice and apx 20 feet away from one of the best white sand beaches in the Caribbean! This very historic St. Maarten Condo-Hotel sits on a magnificent three mile stretch of white sand beach in one the most secluded parts of the island and yet is only minutes away from great shopping, restaurants, casinos and night life. This private condo at Mary's Boon is that special place that's exactly what you've imagined when you think about a Caribbean holiday experience.
