This gorgeous ocean front home is in the perfect place for an incredible beach vacation. The home is just 7 years new with unbelievable ocean views from every room. Feels like Marine Land. Porpoise jumping year round, whale watching in the winter months right from your private decks. Great shelling beach year round. Extra bonus of spectacular intracoatal, marshes and waterway views. Historic St. Augustine can be seen from the top balcony. As you sip your coffee, you'll see the sun rise. As you sip your cocktails, you'll enjoy the fabulous sunsets. The sleeping accommodations include: 4 oceanfront bedrooms (king, queen, queen) each with a private bath plus a loft with 2 twin beds and fabulous view. There is also a full pull out couch in the living room. All come with top quality linens and mattresses. The kitchen is a custom designer kitchen with high end cabinets and appliances. Fully stocked with every cooking utensil, cookware, and serving items needed for your stay
