Our house 'Elegance' which was rebuilt in 2003 is about 250 years old. It offers to you 320 m² for relaxed living. It has ideal rooms for a visit with your family or your friends. The atmosphere in the old house is fantastic so that every person will enjoy his or her vacation. There are 5 lovely sleeping-rooms and 5 bathrooms. You can have a small fire in the chimney of the large living room. In the dining-room you will find a long table with enough places for the whole group. The fully-equipped kitchen has all the things you'll need if you want to prepare a small tea-time or even a big dinner. Our old wine cellar is a great place for some wonderful hours with your friends or family. Next to it, you can enjoy some wellness-offerings if you want. A sauna with colour-lights and a solarium are to be found in our large cellar-rooms.

Our large house is ideally suitable for a vacation with two or three families. They will all find nice places for relaxing and having fun together. Living and dining-rooms offer space for up to twelve people. The four rooms on the 1st floor are more than just the bedrooms. The 'Gesindestube' just below the roof is usually the place that children and young people prefer. The wine cellar offers the possibility to do some noise-intensive activities without disturbing the other guest in the house. Washing machine, dryers, ironing board and irons are just as natural with us as fire-place wood for our chimney oven in the living room and our open fire- place in the wine cellar. Maps for walking and cycling are to be found in our house. There is also some information about the restaurants and of course a lot of brochures and books about the sights and freetime-activities in our area. There is a parking-space and a closed yard for your bikes and motorcycles.

Rosenhäuschen 'Elegance' is located in the middle of the small and historic town centre of Meisenheim. The river Glan passes Meisenheim. Meisenheim has about 3000 inhabitants. The medieval town centre with its narrow lanes, its towers and walls, wonderful old houses and the gothic 'Schlosskirche' (= castle-church) is the most beautiful city in the whole region. There are a lot of nice offerings for tourists, for example guided tours through the city. Please ask us, if you want to join such a tour, so that we can ask for an English-speaking guide.

  • The price is for 6 persons and for at least one week. Each additional person costs 10.50 Euro/day. The price includes: Linen, towels, electricity, heating, wood for the fire-places, cleaning, using the wine-cellar. The Solarium and the sauna can be used after filling some coins in it. You get a 10 % price reduction for visits that take longer than 13 days. You get a 5 % price reduction if you make your reservation (for at least 7 days) 6 months before your arrival.
  • For short visits please send us a message. We will tell you the price then. Hahn Airport is at 54 km distance from Meisenheim. You can fly there (for example with RyanAir) from Göteborg, Stockholm, Oslo, Tampere, London, Glasgow, Shannon or Kerry. Wir Denzers - aus Tirol, Vorarlberg, Wien und Südtirol angereist - haben uns im Rosenhäuschen hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Mit diesem tollen Ambiente als Ausgangspunkt, haben wir die Pfalz und besonders Meisenheim auf ganz neue Weise 'wieder entdeckt'. Vielen Dank für alles, wir werden euch sicherlich weiterempfehlen. Familie Denzer *** Großen Dank an die Veranstalter des 1. Meisenheimers Kunstmalwochenendes. Die 13 Kunstmaler der Veranstaltung *** Zwei Nächte im Rosenhäuschen 'Elegance' haben uns doch glatt über eine zu lange Anfahrt und eine Draisine-Fahrt im Regen hinweggetröstet. TRAUMFERIENHAUS, das keine Wünsche offen lässt

Schon mehrmals haben wir dieses wunderschöne Haus mieten dürfen und hoffen, dass wir noch sehr oft die Gelegenheit bekommen dort mit Mann und Maus zu wohnen. Sowohl für Familientreffen als auch mit Freunden haben wir durchweg positive Erfahrungen gemacht. Dieses Haus setzt Maßstäbe. Viele andere Vermieter könnten sich daran an Beispiel nehmen. Sowohl die Ausstattung als auch die Betreuung und die organisiatorische Abwicklung sind mehr als perfekt!!! Auch die Lage des Hauses ist wunderbar. Mittendrin im Zentrum vom hübschen Meisenheim. Einem Ort, der unglaublich viele Freizeitangebote bietet. Ob man eine Kanutour auf dem Wasser machen möchte, oder Radtouren macht, oder im Winter die Wellnessangebote des Häuschens nutzt. Für jede Jahreszeit eignet sich dieses Ferienhaus. Wohlfühlen wird garantiert und wir freuen uns schon jetzt auf unseren nächsten Besuch!

Alles zur vollsten Zufriedenheit

Wir hatten leider nur 3 Tage in Meisenheim - und damit auch nur 2 Übernachtungen im Rosenhäuschen Elegance.
Aber aufgrund der gemachten Erfahrungen sind wir schon dabei, erneut zu buchen.
Ausstattung ist gut bis sehr gut, es hat viel Platz für alle, eine schöne Sauna im Keller und einen urigen Weinkeller.
Meisenheim ist allemal eine Reise wert, ein schönes mittelalterliches Städtchen mit einigen Sehenswürdigkeiten.
Meine Empfehlung: Nichts wie hin!

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung

Liebevoll restaurierte Ferienwohnung, bis ins Detail passend zum Namen "Rosenhäuschen", wunderschöne Zimmer, gemütlich und stilvoll zugleich. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, schöne Sauna im Kellergewölbe, nette Betreuung durch die Hausverwalterin. Wenige Minuten sowohl von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten als auch von Wanderwegen entfernt. Man braucht das ganze Wochenende kein Auto.

Wir hatten nur 70 km Anreise aus Rheinhessen nach Meisenheim und fühlten uns doch richtig im Urlaub. Eine sehr schöne (Alt-)Stadt mit guter Infrastruktur, das Haus ist perfekt gelegen, enorm viele Angebote in der Gastronmie und ein Umland welches zum verweilen einlädt, so dass es uns (4 Erwachsene / 6 Kinder) nie langweilig wurde - also rundum ein perfekter Urlaub in der Nachbarschaft. Besonders erwähnenswert ist sicherlich das mit Liebe zum Detail restaurierte Rosenhäuschen, welches an sich schon eine Reise wert ist. Ausreichend Platz, so dass man sich auch mit 10 Personen (oder mehr) nicht beengt fühlt und welches genügend Möglichkeiten bietet in illustrer Runde einen (oder mehrere) gesellige Abende zu verbringen. Desweiteren sind die Zimmer sehr schön ausgestattet und auch die großzügige und gut ausgestattete Küche sind lobenswert zu nennen. Dies war mit Sicherheit nicht unser letzter Besuch in der nahen Ferne...
