Only 1/2 from a bike route and 1 1/2 blocks from the main busline. Bus station to Denver International Airport is only a 15 minute walk or short cab ride. No need to hire a car! House has been completely remodeled with a gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and cherry cabinets. Tastefully decorated with high quality bedding & linens. A very sunny home with views of the Flatirons. Huge backyard with private deck and fenced yard for children or pets. Great location for exploring Boulder or attending classes at CU & Naropa. Two city bikes come with the property!
