This lovely condo features two lanais, one glassed in lanai next to the living room with beautiful lake views, one screened in lanai from the second bedroom. There is also an open area in front of the condo where you can sit and relax. Washer/Dryer is in the unit. The home is fully air conditioned along with ceiling fans to assist cooling. The community offers swimming pool, tennis courts and a BBQ area. Only minutes from golf, restaurants and shopping. THIS IS A NON-SMOKING PROPERTY - SORRY, NO PETS.
