This quiet, beautiful home in the heart of the Laurentians offers all that a winter holiday or vacation can bring. The property is situated on 2 acres of land. Majestic pine and evergreen trees surround you.....it is absolutely breathtaking after a snowfall....so bring your camera!! There is also a river that runs right through the property year round flowing into a wildlife filled lake. So whether you want to sit back and relax by the fire and read or enjoy a movie in our large family room on a giant screen T.V. or get active....you can have it all! We have miles and miles of groomed trails for cross-country or snowmobiling...right behind our property! If you prefer downhill or tubing...there are 10-15 hills just minutes away. Ice skating and winter festivities on nearby Lac Masson (skate rentals available) is fun. We are 15 minutes from St.Sauveur/St. Adele where you can find great shops and outlet shopping or choose from many great restaurants and enjoy the entertaining nightlife.

Golf, hiking,biking,sailing,swimming,boating,climbing or walking in the summer. Skiing (at least 10-15 ski hills to choose from or hundreds of km's of cross-country or snowmobile trails) snowshoeing, skating, and tubing in the winter. Great shops(outlet stores), a world class casino (30 minutes away) and hundreds of great restaurants to choose from. So whether you just want to walk around, shop, satisfy your culinary appetite, spend the day at one of many spa's in the area or challenge yourself on the trails, mountains and lakes...there is always something to do or see...you will have the time of your life in this beautiful area of Quebec

Picture windows allow you to observe the wildlife that live on the lake just steps away from the home. The kitchen, dinningroom and livingroom all flow into each other so that your family can constantly enjoy each other's company. The fully equiped kitchen has a dishwasher and an island for your cooking convenience. Hardwood floors run throughout the entire house lending a warm country feel to the decor. The living room with its high beam ceiling has a gorgeous stone fireplace creating a focal point to the area. The fireplace insert is a highly efficient and natural source of heat during the winter months. Handcrafted wood furniture is dispersed throughout the home. Clothes can be stored in wooden wardrobes with a pine aroma! The closed in porch faces the river. The windows allow for a panoramic view. Enjoy breakfast and a coffee to the sound of the babbling brook.

finished basement: The house has a huge finished basement with a mud room entrance. A 52' giant screen t.v. awaits you for your viewing pleasure! A franklin wood stove also creates an ambiance of friendship and entertainment. Books, videos and music cds are available for your pleasure. A large corner play area has been created for young children with educational toys, books, dvds and more! Off to the side is a fully equipped laudry area with a 2nd bathroom. This home has been tastefully designed and meticulously maintained. Everything you need to enjoy and relax on your vacation is at your fingertips!
