The home is on 3 1/4 wooded acres, owned by a well known interior designer and painter who have appointed the house in luxurious detail. The main room has a cathedral ceiling, a large fireplace and newly restored pine plank floors. A large screened porch provides a very comfortable seating and dining area with a serene view. A large outdoor deck is perfect for that early evening drink while watching the exquisite setting light through the pine trees. Situated 100 yards from the house is a 40 X 20 foot gunite pool. Its placing and exotic plantings provide a secluded and private setting. The owners are proud to present this home in perfect luxury hotel condition, fully furnished and properly prepared for your arrival and pleasure.

Notes: Hiking, biking, and cross-country skiing trails just steps from our back gate. Kayaking and boating from the bay just a 2 minute drive away. The beach on the bay side is very private. We have a pool servicing person during the summer months (May through Sept/Oct.) Please specify how long you want the pool open for. Beach Parking Information: During the summer, the ocean beaches provide for daily parking as follows: Atlantic Beach (Amagansett) for $10 per day. Main Beach and Two Mile Hollow Beach are the only East Hampton village beaches where you can pay by the day for parking-$20 per day, weekdays only. Alternatively, if you wish to purchase a village beach parking permit for the summer season, you can purchase one for $300 at East Hampton Village Hall. The # of passes the Village issues is limited: they tend to sell out by the end of April. Please keep this in mind if you are considering purchasing a parking permit. A wonderful place to spend a week or longer

The times I have stayed at this house the owner could not have been more pleasant to deal with and the home is accurately described. The most enjoyable thing about staying here is that the house is totally secluded in the quiet of pine trees yet you are just a short and scenic drive to everything the Hampton's has to offer, including the wonderful beaches should you want to wander from your own pool at the house. The house is ideal for sharing with friends and/or family members. The house is warm and comfortably furnished and each time I have stayed it has been spotlessly clean. I look forward to my next stay and would highly recommend this home to anyone. Enjoy your stay as much as I have.

Having visited this home on several occasions, I feel it provides access to the best of all worlds. Seeking quiet solitude? Snuggle up in front of the fireplace with a good book or walk out back by the pool, surrounded by whispering pines. Want to commune with nature? Step out the back door and choose one of many paths through the woods or take the quiet back roads to the beach. When you want company, the large open living area, lovely screened porch and large back deck are perfect settings for entertaining at home. Feel like picking up the pace? Travel a few miles to experience the renowned Hampton's life at charming village stores and restaurants. This house has it all!
