Guest suite in art-filled converted warehouse home by the beach. Owned by two artists who love meeting new people and having guests in their home. Unique place for lovers of jazz, good food/cooking/farmers' markets, contemporary and folk art, photographers, painters. Comfortable large room, with deep Japanese soaking tub, cable TV, wireless internet, shared outdoor deck with fireplace, BBQ, spiral stairs to upper deck with ocean view. Small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker with access to beautiful gourmet kitchen, and/or additional sleeping space in artist's painting studio, both by prior arrangement. Three blocks from the beach and coastal bike path, one half mile to center of town, with clubs, restaurants, shopping, a fabulous street fair twice a year, professional volleyball tournaments throughout the area. Nice greenbelt / running path that runs 3-1/2 miles north from house, through our town and the next.
