Our home is nestled in the Ahwatukee Foothills, with fantastic Golf Course and mountain views throughout the home. Enjoy the lush tropical and desert landscaping and the view of Club West Golf Course Hole #13 or a fire in the chimeneya from the covered patio. Enjoy the conveniences of a fully stocked kitchen, an outdoor barbecue, wireless internet, and a functional home office. The master bedroom also has lush scenery, a large attached luxury bathroom, and Southwest furnishings. The living room features comfortable leather furniture, a gas fireplace, a 42-in HDTV with Satellite service, a DVD player, and CD/VHS players.

Nearby Phoenix South Mountain Preserve has abundant hiking and mountain biking trails, beautiful scenery, and the opportunity to explore historical Indian petroglyphs. The home has easy access to major freeways which lead to Arizona State University (ASU), downtown Phoenix, and the international airport within 25 minutes. The spring training homes of the California Angels, Oakland A's, San Francisco Giants, and Chicago Cubs are also in close proximity, as are the Phoenix zoo and the Desert Botanical Garden. The nightlife of Scottsdale and the college atmosphere of Tempe are accessible as well.
