Villetta Susanna is in Silvi Paese, a small village located about 300 meters above sea level along the shore of the Adriatic Sea, approximately 20 km north of Pescara. The area includes beautiful white sand beaches, historically significant towns and stunning mountain hiking and skiing trails. Enjoy your morning coffee from one of the two terraces overlooking the crystal-blue Adriatic sea, the majestic Maiella mountain range and Gran Sasso, the largest peak south of the Alps. Villetta Susanna is located in the historical town-center and is close to all amenities allowing the visitor to enjoy all that Italian village life has to offer. Silvi Paese is easily accessible as it is a short drive from the AutoStrada but yet when you are sitting on Villetta Susanna’s terrace sipping a glass of wine you will be transported to a million miles away.
