Your family will enjoy your stay at our beautiful contemporary home in South Bethany, Delaware. The reverse floor plan will allow you to view the ocean from the family room to the reading room to the second floor master bedroom. We designed the house with lots of windows and deck space so you can enjoy the sun coming up in the morning over the ocean and the sun setting in the west over the bay. It‘s just a few steps to the beach so no need to worry about carrying everything at once for your day at the beach. Come back and grab lunch or use the bathroom and you will be back on the beach in less than a minute. The upstairs great room with the cedar cathedral ceiling expands the entire width of the house and connects to the kitchen with a nice bar/eating area.

  • All the full baths have a tub/shower combo. The washer and dryer are located in the downstairs bathroom. 1/2 bath is upstairs next to the living room. The outdoor shower is private and spacious. We do not supply towels and sheets but we can recommend a service that will deliver at the doorstep if you so desire.

The other 4 bedrooms are downstairs with 2 baths on either side of the hall. One of the bedrooms has a queen and a sliding glass door facing the ocean. The other 3 bedrooms have 2 single beds each.

Notes: Parking for RV/Boat/Trailer. Ocean View: They have added a 10 foot dune to save the beach but you can still see the water and hear the ocean. The driveway is huge and can take an RV without a problem

Welcome to our South Bethany Indian Street home. Bethany Beach is one of the most family friendly beaches on the East Coast. Our house was built on one of the biggest lots in South Bethany. Only a few steps to the beach and plenty of parking on both sides of the house. Beds: A queen in the upstairs master with a private bathroom. 1 Queen in the guest room downstairs room facing the ocean. We have a pair of twins beds in the three other bedrooms downstairs. Master is upstairs with a beautiful view of the ocean. The 4 bedrooms downstairs share 2 full bathrooms. Upstairs (reverse floor plan) is the great room and a reading room with nice views from every window. And of course there are lots of windows upstairs.

Our family likes to play games on the game table, watch TV and movies or read in the sun room, all within eyesight of each other so no one misses out on the fun. At dinner the big dining table can seat at least 10 people so lots of family time at dinner time. South Bethany Beach is one of the most family friendly beaches you will ever have ever the pleasure of vacationing at. Life guards during the busy months will keep you safe but there is nothing wrong with having a cocktail on the beach while you enjoy the day. There is usually a game of volleyball nearby or you can fish all day at the state beach just 100 yards south of the house. You also have plenty of off road parking on both sides of the house so invite the rest of the family to come and visit.

Downtown Bethany Beach is just one mile north with its family boardwalk, great shopping and lots of fantastic restaurants. Ocean City, Maryland is a few miles south and Rehobeth Beach Delaware is just 13 miles north. Ocean City is known for its monster Boardwalk and hundreds of great restaurants and Rehobeth is known for its fabulous night life and shopping at the outlet malls.
