On a hilltop with a panoramic view of Playa Guiones on the Pacific Ocean, this luxury home is surrounded by jungle on two acres. Spacious and open to nature, our two story home includes a great room, modern kitchen, media room, and yoga room on the ground floor. As you walk up the open marble stairway, the ocean view continues, and three bedrooms open to terraces with ocean and/or jungle views. A full laundry room is located upstairs as well. The detached studio apartment has it's own kitchenette and deck with an ocean and jungle view. A 50 foot infinity lap pool is great for swimming, and as a reflecting pool for the amazing sunsets. A fenced walkway below the house brings you right up to the jungle. Howler monkeys and numerous birds and butterflies can be viewed from the house and gardens.

Our home, Vista Real Del Mar, is located above Playa Garza near the village of Delicious with a panoramic view of Playa Guiones in the Nosara area. The location is a 25 minute drive on the unpaved roads to the Nosara Airport. We are 20 minutes to Playa Guiones for surfing and restaurants, and five minutes to picturesque Playa Garza, which is great for beachcombing, swimming, horseback riding and relaxing.
