Great apt / location and landlord

My wife and I stayed in this apt for a summer...It is a no-brainer to stay here. It is a spacious apt, with good light and comfortable. The location of the apt within the building is good b/c it is at corner of hall so no neighbor noise. You get the apt clean.

Location is unbeatable; easy access to highways, DC, metro. While i worked, my wife was able to explore, buy groceries and be entertained at pool, etc all within a walk.

The landlord is fantastic - he was flexible, helpful & professional. Trustworthy. A good, honest & helpful person.

Apt has all the amenities you would need. You can stay for a short or long term lease - any situation works.

Our positive experience & very helpful landlord on way in and way out made writing this honest positive review only natural.

Great location with attentive landlord

I rented this apt for 10 months while I was temporarily working in Arlington. It was a completely headache-free situation, with only 1 bill a month and nothing to get set-up. The landlord was very attentive and quickly assisted with any issue. The apt was large, well-furnished, and very bright. The gym was large and had lots of new equipment. Getting to the Metro was a breeze. I would rent this apt again.
