This is a beautiful recently renovated condo with 1 bed, 1 bath, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, comfortable living room with new leather furniture, fireplace as well as a wall mount HDTV with a Blue Ray DVD player. The bedroom has a gorgeous king size bed with fine linens as well as a walk in closet. The facility has a beautiful pool and jacuzzi area with a fully equipped fitness room with HDTV. There is a BBQ area beside the pool with a gazebo to enjoy those romantic candlelit evening dinners. Located on the Boundary of Scottsdale and Paradise Valley, this location is close to upscale shopping, golf and fine dining. Come relax and enjoy.

Payment methods: Cheque or money order accepted. Full rental amount is due 45 days prior to arrival. Cleaning fee of $100.00 is also due at the time of the full rental. Please inquire about discount for repeat visitors.

Cancellation: Cancellation 60 days prior to arrival date - 100% refund. Before 30 days prior to arrival date - 50% refund. Within 30 days of arrival date - No refund.
