Master bedroom has gas fireplace. Large separate tiled laundry area with sink. Upper two-bedrooms have an independent deck. Trex deck overlooking the 16th hole and pond at The Ridge Golf Course, Pikes Peak and 400-acre land preserve, Cherokee Ranch. Large open space surrounding home, approximately 1/2 acre. Property borders wildlife preserve corridor featuring visiting deer and other wildlife. No traffic noise. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac with 27 pine trees on property. VERY quiet, except for sound of breeze in the pines, elk bugling in the fall evenings, owls at night.
