The holiday apartment with all comfort is situated in the 9th floor, directly in front of the sea, with an own private entrance to the beautiful beach. There is parking space available directly in front of the house, and you have an elevator. There are 2 big double bedrooms (+ if needed, 1 children’s´ bed), 1 living room with a place to diner, sofas, satellite-TV, CD-player & radio, telephone, a big double-balcony, which units sleeping room und living room, 1 complete equipped kitchen with dish-washer, a fridge/freeze combination, oven, 2-flame-oven, grill, etc. There is also 1 fully equipped bathroom with a tub, one with shower only, washing machine, etc. Bed sheets and towels are provided. Apart of this, there is a sun umbrella for the beach, a sun chair for relaxing and a complete chair ensemble for sitting at the large balcony.

Palma Nova is a tourist zone, directly at the sea side at the south-west part of Majorca, about 25 min. by car to the airport, and approx. 15 min. to the historic center of Palma. In this region, you can find 5 golf courses and a lot of sand beaches, which you can reach very quickly.

| Notes: | The appartment is furnished completely and it has all, what you need for a comfortable stay. There are a lot of restaurants and cafés and a very nice walking boulevard at the seafront / beachside. You have good possibilities for shopping, 2 large supermarkets are not far, as well. Very good infrastructure all over the place. We provide as well bed sheets & towels. But we don´t mind if you bring your own beach towel, too :) |
