Our country house offers you an independent - comfortably arranged apartment. It offers a 65 m² kitchen with access to the garden, the lawn and also to the stream. The bathroom is spacious and equipped with hydro massage. The bedroom is also roomy and charming. If wanted, a second bedroom can be put at your disposal. In that case we charge 20 Euros for the week. Everything is included in the rental price, so that you are able to just lay back and relax.

Sometimes you wonder: vacation in the mountains or at the beach? And yet there are towns capable of solving this contradiction: the valleys of Armea and Argentina for example. These valleys open south-north- east to the sea in the middle of the Flower- Riviera. They are enchanting, bright and sunny valleys, but still narrow, winding and mysterious. There is no doubt: nature reigns in this place and those guests who love changing air temperatures, switching from warm to cool, will be pleased.

Rest and Relaxation

My husband, little boy and I just returned from this property and it is a real find. The owner is lovely and makes the stay very comfortable and enjoyable and she has excellent local knowledge. She will be on hand as much or as little as you like. The pool, location and views are lovely and there is a lot of exploring to do from the villa amongst the bamboo planting.
The accomodation was all we needed and was comfortable. The gardens are private and the setting is peaceful. There is a real feeling of going back to nature at Oxentina. Even the neighbours (who are still a short distance away from this private setting) are very friendly and you can even buy some fabulous fresh olive oil from them!
Even though you are 'away from it all' the town is only a 10 minutes drive away where you can find everything you need in any of a number of supermarkets or local shops or restaurants. Monaco and the French Riviera are within an hour as are the pretty little seaside resorts on the Italian Riviera of Flowers.
We would recommend this property and we hope to return. If you want a peaceful escape with in a special location with beautiful scenery then Oxentina is for you.

Traumhafte Ferienwohung!Entspannung pur!Natur pur!

Wir waren begeistert! Traumhafte Ferienwohnung, sauber, gepflegt und alles da, was man so benötigt! Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett, familiär und sehr bemüht! Auch bei der Anlage hat Heidi K. sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben, Hut ab!Unsere Kinder waren begeistert! Man kann hier die Seele baumeln lassen, sich erholen vom Alltagstreß, Natur pur!Und Handyempfang hat man auch!!!Auch der Pool lädt zum erholen ein! Für unsere Tochter Jule natürlich das Highlight!Auch in der Umgebung gibts viel zum erkunden! Für jeden etwas dabei und die Vermieterin gibt gerne Tips! Wir kommen wieder, gar keine Frage! können es kaum abwarten bis nächstes Jahr!

Klasse Urlaub

Wir waren schon 2 mal in diesem tollen Haus.
Im Sommer 2008 sogar 3 Wochen lang. Klasse Wetter eine sehr schöne Urlaubsanlage was will man mehr. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und spricht deutsch. Im Haus ist alles was man braucht, vorhanden. Wir wurden sehr nett aufgenommen, es war bis dato unser schönster Urlaub.
Einen Tag waren wir am Haus im Pool mit wunderschönem Naturgarten zum relaxen.
Den nächsten Tag am Meer, dann einen Tag auf Tour (Menton, Monaco, Balzi Rossi, Hanburry Garten, Markt uvm.) so kam jeder auf seine Kosten. Unseren Teenies (beide 16) wurde es nie langweilig. Das mit dem Handyempfang können wir nicht bestätigen, einfach im Garten 2-3 Stufen nach oben oder gleich mit O2 Prepaid, dann klappts.
Es hat uns dank unserer Vermieterin nie an etwas gefehlt und wir fanden auch dank ihrer Hilfe sehr schöne Ausflugsziele.
Wir freuen uns jetzt schon auf ein Wiedersehen in 2010 mit Heidi. Liebe Grüsse von Mandy, Monja, Svenja, Lisa und Günter.

Supergut undeinfach nur erholsam

Hier wird nicht´s schön fotografiert in dieser Unterkunft ist alles so wie in der Beschreibung.Im Gegenteil in Wirklichkeit ist die Wohnung viel geräumiger wie auf den Bildern. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, gepflegt und die Betreuung durch Heidi ist aufmerksam und hilfreich. Auf gut deutsch Heidi wir kommen wieder. Und jedem der sich fragt soll ich oder nicht? Hinfahren und geniesen.

Tolle lage - genau das richtige für Naturliebhaber und Ruhesuchende. Der Weg nach oben ist zwar etwas holprig, aber die "Mühe" lohnt. Schönes Haus und Anwesen. Ausstattung, Lage und Vermieterin 1a. Alles in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand.
Wir bedanken uns bei Heidi für den tollen Urlaub und werden Sie gerne weiterempfehlen.
