Located on one of the original 1844 town lots, the original craftsman structure was built in 1929. The home has been completely remodeled with an open living/dining/kitchen & fully modern utility room added. The kitchen comes with all conveniences including granite counters & breakfast bar, dishwasher, gas range, refrigerator with ice maker, coffee maker & all cooking accessories. All rooms have wall mounted flat screen TV's with built in DVD. A brand new bathroom has been added to the master suite to include a tiled walk-in shower. Hall bath features an oversized claw footed tub! Bedrooms furnished with new beds, luxury firm mattresses, sheets & pillows. The original pine floors have been refinished & the interior trim done in original Craftsman style. Central air & heat has been added for the comfort of our guests during hot summers! Covered front & back porches ideal for relaxation, along with a convenient area for outdoor barbecues! Great location & beautiful decor awaits you!!
