The house is ready for your special occasion--just bring your food, clothes, and the desire for a good ozark experience!! All bath towels, bath soaps, kitchen dish soaps, dishwasher soap, kitchen towels, kitchen pot holders & dishclothes, pool towels are provided by the rental office. Call the rental office if you need anything! The traditional style of this home has been enhanced by recent remodeling and redecorating, with comfortable furniture to please any guest desiring both formal and informal accommodations. Perfect for family gatherings, reunions, small wedding parties, wedding showers/dinners, social groups, bridge clubs, and golf buddies. Parking in driveway, some street parking, extra parking available at Rental Office.

The front yard natural lawn and stone walkway take you to the entry of this beautifully newly redecorated and remodeled home w/ceramic tile entry, the (large) living room boasts wood flooring and lovely area rugs, natural stone fireplace, huge sofa (queen-size, sleeps two), 32 inch COLOR TV, VCR, DVD, Stereo, wingback chair, and game/dining table seats 6. A sliding glass door opens to the large screened in (12x22ft.) carpeted and furnished patio. Enjoy outdoor barbecue and table games on the large patio, furnished with glasstop table for 6, 2 side chairs and 2 side tables, 2 ceiling fans, large gas barbecue grill, and wonderful view of the 8th hole of the golf course! Above the patio is the second-story furnished (carpeted) deck.

The formal dining room has wood flooring with lovely area rug, dining table seats six, and the china cabinet and buffet contain linens, service pieces for formal celebrations. Abundant glass serving pieces, sets of lovely china, 3 punch bowl/cup sets, compotes, plentiful barware, stemware, plus decorating items. A sitting area is in the dining room. The breakfast room (w/NEW CERAMIC TILE FLOORING) seats 4 or 5, has a sliding glass door onto the patio and is adjacent to the large kitchen and half-bath.
