The apartment is on the forth floor of a lovely, 100 year old, Art Deco, elevator building. The apartment is renovated and stylishly decorated. It has all of the necessary electronic equipment for business or entertainment. Included in the rental is a cable telephone for calls to the U.S. and Canada. Also included is a cell phone and local phone. Both bedrooms have King sized ultra comfortable mattresses. The master suite with a private bathroom can be closed off from the rest of the apartment for extra privacy. There is a private study with a double sofa bed. The kitchen has all of the equipment to cook and serve dinner for eight.
