This beautiful home, just three miles from the AFA gate, will provide you and yours with memories around the dining table and kitchen bar, coffee in the living room, games in the den, drinks around the fire pit and laughs around the ping pong table. Only a half-mile up the road, is Cottonwood Creek Regional Park which has over 18 sports fields, a free Frisbee golf course, perhaps the largest playground in the city, hiking trails, lots of places to bike and run, a wave pool in the recreation center, basketball courts, street hockey, and a picturesque view of Pikes Peak. You are sure to be comfortable in one of the four bedrooms, the living room, den, patio and kitchen area.
