The apartment is ideal for those who are concerned about toxins in their environment and those who suffer from asthma, allergies and Multiple Chemical Sensitivity (MCS). The apartment has two double bedrooms and one triple bedroom, all en-suite and can sleep up to 7 people plus a baby. There is a large eat-in kitchen with all modern conveniences and a bright living/dining area overlooking the private garden. Unusually for London, there is also private off-street parking for one car directly beside the front door. The apartment is chemical and toxin-free. There are laminate wood floors throughout (no carpet or rugs anywhere). All the bedding and towels is organic unbleached cotton. Nothing with artificial fragrance is used in the apartment. The apartment is ideal for families with children. We can supply a highchair and cot like many holiday lets, but we go a little further and also offer a baby monitor, push chair, baby bouncer chair and children's dishes.

Allergy Free Apartment is a large apartment/flat located in Muswell Hill, North London N10 - an upmarket neighborhood which caters to all needs and has quick and easy access into central London. Muswell Hill is a notable and well-preserved example of an Edwardian suburb of considerable consistency and quality. For this reason, much of it (including the apartment) has been designated a conservation area. Many in the media and the arts live here. This charming neighborhood has a village-like atmosphere with a large variety of restaurants nearby, several which cater for children. We are a 5 minute walk to the high streets with a wealth of nice shops, pubs, an Odeon cinema, many cafés and bars, two large grocery stores (Marks & Spencer, Sainsburys, as well as a Tesco Extra a few minute's drive away). There is also a newly opened Planet Organic which sells fresh food, all types of groceries as well as supplements and toiletries, in addition to three other health food shops.

Chemical, Allergy & Toxin Free: Floors: The apartment has laminate wood flooring throughout which were done approximately 10 years ago so there is no remaining off-gassing. There is linoleum (a natural product) in the kitchen. There are no rugs in the apartment so as not to trap dust. Linen: All the bedding and towels are organic unbleached cotton, washed in Ecover laundry detergent which has no artificial fragrance. The pillows and duvet are allergy-free. The mattress and pillows are covered with an organic, unbleached dust-mite cover. EMF: We have rented an electromagnetic field monitor and can confirm that there are no ‘hotspots’ in the apartment. Vacuum: The apartment has a Dyson DC18 allergy vacuum with HEPA filter. No artificial fragrances are used in the apartment. Water: There is a whole house water filter installed and an additional chlorine filter on the bathtub. Lighting: All light bulbs are incandescent. We do not use long-life bulbs as their mercury content makes them dangerous if broken.

Children: Children are very welcome. High chair, travel cot and organic cot linen, pushchair, baby monitor, baby bouncer chair, children’s plates/bowls/cutlery, toys & books and a selection of children’s DVDs can be supplied if requested. We can also usually arrange a babysitter if required.

Weekly and Short-Breaks: The flat is available for weekly, weekend or mid-week breaks. Weekend and mid-week breaks are only available for booking one calendar month prior to the date requested. Weekly bookings can be made at any time. Contact for details. Weekly bookings run from Saturday to Saturday, unless otherwise stated during the Christmas period. Weekend bookings run from Saturday to Tuesday (3 nights). Mid-week bookings run from Tuesday to Saturday (4 nights). When you have paid for your holiday in full, you will be sent details of how to find the property and where to collect the keys on arrival. Please advise the owner of your estimated arrival time, which should normally be after 4:00 pm. On your departure day, you are required to leave your property by 10:00 am. This is to allow us sufficient time to prepare the property for the next arrival later that day.
