This house is located in South Lake, one of the nicest neighborhoods in Hollywood. Just minutes away from the serene lake (intracoastal) and only 1.5 miles to the beautiful Hollywood Beach with restaurants right on the water and its beautiful boardwalk where people can cycle. Less than a mile to the Diplomat Golf Resort and Spa, a championship golf course. Two other golf courses both within 1-2 miles. Gulfstream Park Racing & Casino, Mardi Gras Race Track & Gaming Center also within 1 mile. Seminole Hard Rock Café & Casino only a short 20 minute drive. Downtown Hollywood with 50 Restaurants and Lounges 71 Specialty Shops and 3 Night Clubs is a short 5 minute drive.
