Located in the quiet community of Johnson Ranch amenities include, a full 18 hole golf course as well as 3 community pools. 50 min from Sky Harbour, within walking distance of Fry’s, Walgreens, McDonalds, Jack in the Box, Pizza Hut, Bank of America, Block Buster and large variety of restaurants for both take out and eat in. Home is fully furnished and comforts such as a gas BBQ, down comforters, 37” HDTV and 50” TV, internet, local phone service and 200 cable channels, 300 thread count sheets on all 4 beds. The home has a king memory foam mattress in the master bedroom while the other 2 bedrooms are outfitted with a queen and 2 double beds. Newly painted and carpeted. Washer, dryer, dishwasher and air conditioning.
