Photos and Description of this Golf del Sur holiday apartment

This is a 4-stars-apartment built in 1998. It is located in a beautiful holiday resort with a restaurant and a bar by a large, subtropical pool complex with children pool. The apartment is cosy and tastefully furnished. It is 80 m2 large, arranged in 2 double bedrooms (beds can be separated in one of them), 2 bathrooms and a spacious living room with dining area and open plan American kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with various electric devices and thus offers all the comfort you can think of. The living room contains a TV, video player, couch (can be pulled out into a double bed) and display cabinet. The bathrooms are lovely furnished. There is a shower in one of them and in the bigger one a bidet and bathtub (additional to the normal bath facilities, of course). The bedrooms have bedside tables, built-in wardrobes and very comfortable and cosy beds.

Golf del Sur offers various restaurants and pubs, where you can enjoy the end of the day. Shopping facilities are also available (3 supermarkets). It is about 10 minutes to the next large city -Los Cristianos- by bus or rental car. The well-known golf course of Tenerife with a minigolf course can be reached within 10 minutes on foot. It is composed of 2 courses with a total of 27 holes. Moreover three hard tennis courts can be reached within the same lapse of time.

Super Urlaub in Pueblo Prima Vera

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub, in einer sehr gepflegten Anlage inkl. einer super Poollandschaft für alle Bedürfnisse von Kindern, Jugendlichen und Erwachsenen. An dem Pool war es nie voll und man konnte überall herrlichen Spaß haben. Die Wohnung ist schön hell und sehr sauber. Durch die Nähe des Wohnbereiches mit der offenen Küche an der Terasse und den süßen Garten, hat man immer das Gefühl drinnen ist draußen und alle seine Lieben sind bei einem, egal was jeder macht. Die Gegend ist sehr entspannend mit der hübschen Strandpromenade und den relativ neuen Stränden. Wer feiern will, kommt in diversen Pubs in der Nähe auch vollkommen auf seine Kosten. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und freuen und auf das nächste Mal dort.

Erholsamer Urlaub...

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön gelegen, ist sauber und bietet ausreichend Platz für 4 Personen. Der Pool ist absolut klasse! Wir hatten ihn meist für uns allein. Die Pflanzen beim Pool sowie in der ganzen Anlage sind tiptop gepflegt. Fluglärm? Nicht der Rede wert!! Direkt vor der Haustür hält regelmäßig ein öffentlicher Bus nach Los Christianos/Las Americas. Der Ort ist ideal gelegen für sämtliche Ausflüge auf der Insel und hat keine hässlichen "Bausünden" aus den 70er Jahren. Gute Lebensmittelläden gibt es in der Nähe, einen großen in ca. 4 km Entfernung und kleinere sind fußläufig zu erreichen.
Im Gepäck sollte auf keinen Fall Autan fehlen.
Leckeres kanarisches Essen gibt es in San Miguel in dem Restaurant „Cuarto Esquinas“ an der TF-65, Tel.: +34-922 701 187. Das Wirt-Ehepaar ist besonders aufmerksam und lieb!

Netter Pool. Um an einen schönen Strand zu gelangen, ist aber ein Auto unbedingt notwendig.
Zeitweise ist der Fluglärm etwas unangenehm. Das schöne Wetter entschädigt aber dafür.
Das Essen in der Umgebung ist günstiger als in Deutschland
