Inside our home:
This is very much our home away from home and decorated and furnished to make you feel completely relaxed on your vacation. We have three children ourselves and have tried to provide everything you will need to make your holiday enjoyable for adults and children alike.
Our games room has a pool table, air hockey and foosball table for when a rest from the sun is needed. A PS2 and XBox 360 complete with games is also available for when mam and dad need to wind down! Children's games and adult reading books are also available for you to share.
Interent access means the teenagers can keep in touch with their friends and an ipod docking stations means you all have your choice of music. A selection of CDs/dvds is also available for you to enjoy.
If you are a soccer fan - our cable package shows both live and recorded PREMIERSHIP SOCCER!!
The Mickey themed room can sleep up to 3 children and they can keep up with the Disney happenings on the Mickey TV.
Outside:
Our south facing pool area gets the sun all day. The pool is larger than standard pools and the deck area is extended to provide ample room for everyone. A fountain flowing into the pool soothes you as you relax on the loungers.
Our pool furniture is also luxurious, with 4 sun loungers with deep padded cushions and adjustable positions. We also have a 2 person hammock poolside for an afternoon snooze.
There are 6 seats around a patio table and 2 more with matching footstools to ensure all of your party have a comfy seat.
One of the almost unique features of our outdoor area is the privacy fencing that contains our garden area. It means you can enjoy relaxing by our pool without looking on to other people's swimming pools, or them looking into you!
Our garden also allows the children added play area for football games etc.
The local area:
Our home is ideally placed to access all of the areas attractions. We are 2 minutes from the Highway 192 which s full of restaurants, shops and entertainment.
A 24hr Walmart is 2 minutes away and outelt shopping is just 5 minutes away.
Disney, Universal, Seaworld and the other famous attractions are easily accessed on the quieter Osceola Parkway or International Drive.
Hamilton's itself is a quiet neighborhood of mixed vacation and other homes. It is very well laid out and looked after and also has a communal pool and tennis courts if required.
Golf:
The closest course is Falcon's Fire. A very well laid out course (not being a golfer I'm sure there is a better way of describing it - but if you're a golfer you'll probably know it anyway!!). There are many more courses within a 10 minute drive of our home.
