Located in the high-rise “Palermo Uno Tower” completed in 2009, a state of the art modern building of 32 floors in the exciting “Palermo” quarter where restaurants, bars and fashion boutiques are flourishing. It is difficult to not feel relaxed with the happiness yet tranquil atmosphere trade mark of this renowned neighborhood. Situated only 3 blocks away from the Botanical Garden and La Rural Exposition & Convention Center. With an open access to all the amenities such as the state of the art open-view gym at the 31st floor or spa at the 32nd floor, you will be breath taken by the beautiful views of the city and green areas offered from these lookouts. There is a heated 65ft (20m) long swimming pool and wooden deck solarium for you to enjoy all year round.

Given its size, this apartment is more than comfortable for two people. It may have been originally conceived as a one-bedroom apartment but we decided against dividing the space to keep the area fully open and comfortable to live

I stayed at this apartment with my boyfriend on our first visit to Buenos Aires and had a fantastic introduction to the city. The apartment is well placed to explore the city and is within walking distance of many great restaurants and bars. It's close to a few supermarkets as well as deli's, bakeries and green grocers if you choose to make use of the well appointed kitchen. The apartment itself is brand new (in a brand new building) and in great order and the owner/landlord is very accommodating and easy to deal with.

Absolutamente fantástico

Escolher este apartamento foi uma das melhores escolhas que poderíamos ter feito. Fui com minha namorada e tivemos uma estadia perfeitamente. A começar pela recepção da proprietária, absolutamente amável e disponível, nos recebeu de forma carinhosa e depois soube nos deixar à vontade.
O prédio e o apartamento são perfeitos. Estrutura completa e funcionários gentis e educados.
A localização é um capítulo à parte. É fácil pegar o metrô, é perto para ir a pé até os Outlets e restaurantes do bairro.

O bairro é tranquilo, assim como a cidade. Caminhávamos á noite na rua sem qualquer problema, só pegando táxi para horários mais avançados.

Recomendo tranquilamente a cidade e o imóvel.

Great place and Great Location!!!

This rental property was great. I highly recommend it. The owners, a mother and daughter, were very helpful and accommodating. (They even had tourist books in the apartment for guest use.) The apartment was spacious for a studio, included a porch deck, and the building had 24 hour security. Also, the gym on the top floor of the building had an amazing view of the city.

In addition, the location (Palermo) of the apartment was perfect. The subway was about a block away in addition to multiple bus stops. There were so many restaurants, bars, and sights to see on foot from the apartment. Highly reccommended if you do not have a car. Parking was available in the apartment building if you do have a car though.

All-in-all, this apartment was perfect. It is a must in Buenos Aires, especially if you want to stay in the trendy area of Palermo. I highly recommend this apartment for short or long stays and for anyone who is traveling/living alone or with one other person!

Meu marido e eu passamos 5 adoráveis dias em Buenos Aires e atribuímos grande parte do sucesso da nossa viagem ao confortável e bem localizado apartamento que selecionamos para nossa primeira visita a capital Argentina.
Amplo , aconchegante e muito bem equipado, o apartamento é perfeito para 2 pessoas . Nos sentimos em casa desde o primeiro momento quando fomos calorosamente recebidos pela simpática proprietária, Eyenit .
Conforme descrito no site o apartamento está muito bem localizado, próximo ao metrô e à uma agradável caminhada de vários excelentes bares e restaurantes. Quem preferir utilizar a completa cozinha, terá facilidade em encontrar supermercados, padarias e frutarias na redondeza.
Recomendamos uma subida à sala de ginástica, 32 andar, para desfrutar uma vista fantástica de Buenos Aires.
Ficamos muito satisfeitos com nossa escolha e com certeza vamos recomendar a nossos amigos.
