Located in the high-rise “Palermo Uno Tower” completed in 2009, a state of the art modern building of 32 floors in the exciting “Palermo” quarter where restaurants, bars and fashion boutiques are flourishing. It is difficult to not feel relaxed with the happiness yet tranquil atmosphere trade mark of this renowned neighborhood. Situated only 3 blocks away from the Botanical Garden and La Rural Exposition & Convention Center. With an open access to all the amenities such as the state of the art open-view gym at the 31st floor or spa at the 32nd floor, you will be breath taken by the beautiful views of the city and green areas offered from these lookouts. There is a heated 65ft (20m) long swimming pool and wooden deck solarium for you to enjoy all year round. Given its size, this apartment is more than comfortable for two people. It may have been originally conceived as a one-bedroom apartment but we decided against dividing the space to keep the area fully open and comfortable to live

I stayed at this apartment with my boyfriend on our first visit to Buenos Aires and had a fantastic introduction to the city. The apartment is well placed to explore the city and is within walking distance of many great restaurants and bars. It's close to a few supermarkets as well as deli's, bakeries and green grocers if you choose to make use of the well appointed kitchen. The apartment itself is brand new (in a brand new building) and in great order and the owner/landlord is very accommodating and easy to deal with.

We love Buenos Aires and it all started at this comfortable apartment which felt like our home away from home.
The owners are truly kind and considerate. We were treated like family from the time we first inquired about renting until the time we left.
You cannot beat the location, security, cleanliness and especailly the price.
We would go back in a minute and we would recommend this rental to anyone without hesitation.
This is the kind of honest service we wish we could find in every place we visit.
It helped that we speak Spanish but we would have managed without it as they can correspond in English and French as well. THANK YOU/GRACIAS AMIGAS.

Hospitality AND Functionality!

This apartment is an adorable studio in a fabulous location. The building is new, and the apartment had everything we could want. Nicely decorated, and very clean - it is clearly well maintained.

More importantly, Yamila and her mom are incredibly kind hosts! They went out of their way to answer all of our questions, about the unit AND the area, both by email and in person.

The apartment is within walking distance of TONS of great restaurants, shops, in Palermo Viejo and Palermo Hollywood. It is also close to many tourist sites in Palmermo, and to public transit and taxis.

We couldn't have been happier here! Highly recommend for singles and couples looking to be in a charming neighborhood instead of a tourist trap.

My wife and I just return from BA and we stayed for 9 days at this incredible apartment, the complex had 24 hour security, extremely safe , local markets nearby for produce, The apartment was immaculate , great bathrooms and kitchen and I will be back to stay there again. The owners we so kind always ensuring we were having a great experience and the location is perfect walking distance to subway (subte) and to all the great restaurants in Palermo . We walked a great deal to experience this great city and the location is perfect. Yamilla and her mom are amazing and you cannot go wrong staying here!

The apartment was absolutely amazing and I am very glad that we decided to stay there and not in a hotel. The owners (a mother and a daughter) are very honest and extremely helpful.

Located in a great area, the apartment is an ideal spot for a BA adventure. It looks exactly like the pictures - modern, clean, and bright. We were able to walk anywhere within Palermo Soho (even made it to Palermo Hollywood). Deli stores, restaurants, shops, etc. are all within walking distance from the apartment.

I will definitely come back and also will recommend the place to all travelers.
